Moreton Deakin Construction is a development and construction company based in the Calder Valley operating in the Yorkshire region. Initially founded by identifying the need for a reputable, trustworthy, professional construction company to deliver the projects that Moreton Deakin Associates had taken through the planning and building regulations process.

We are a true design and build company who specialise in architect led, bespoke residential developments, including individual new builds, small residential developments and a number of commercial and industrial projects.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail by only employing extremely dedicated and talented trades people.

To future proof every project we integrate renewable energy into the fabric and design of the building using a range of sources for example: air/ground source heat pumps and solar panels.

As well as some of the larger developments, we are very much involved in smaller constructions projects. Whether that be an extension to a house, a small renovation, or an external project (groundworks/ driveways etc.). We also provide single contractor services (external groundworks, electrical, joinery).

We deliver a solution for projects of all shapes and sizes due to our knowledge and experience of the entire construction process.
